Iceland is a place of amazing physical vitality and inner light.

Fire and ice, mountains and green pastures, crystal clear water and flowing light. A fine, almost-electric vibration permeates nature on all levels, and you see its effect in the ever-young faces of the people.

The whole island just hums!

Iceland is also a focus for the down-pouring of renewing cosmic light onto Earth. On the inner levels, there is a magnificent Temple of Renewal above the land – becoming more present, more felt - giving the shimmering, pearlescent, renewing light to all who open to it.

Saturday 31 March 2012 – Reykjavik

• Welcoming workshop, 2.00-5.00pm - Renewing Your Heart Journey

Saturday afternoon we begin our Iceland Renewal Journey with our welcoming workshop, Renewing your Heart Journey, bringing everyone together to meet and greet, and to start our heart awakening in this remarkable land!

You will learn about renewal, and how to go deep into your heart to find your inner sparkle. Guided attunement and meditation will bring your heart’s focus to your dreams and life path, and help you set your renewal goals.

You will be given your Renewal Journal, which will be your workbook thoughout the Iceland Renewal Journey, giving you information and personal healing exercises to use over the next 8 days - and forever after! As well as all the helpful tools for your renewal, your Renewal Journal has space to write down the amazing things you experience on your inner and outer journey, so you can keep them alive and flourishing, and nourishing you on your life's path!

After the workshop, for those who wish, we will gather and share a meal together in Reykjavik.

Sunday 1 April 2012 – Revitalise with Hope, & the Blue Lagoon

• Workshop, 9.30am-11.30am - Clear Blocks and Revitalise with Hope

Today you will revitalise your inner light and energy, and get the energy boost to lift and let go of burdens and limitations blocking you from being your most radiant self.

We start the day with the workshop Clear Blocks and Revitalise with Hope to help you gain awareness and perspective of those often sub-conscious stumbling blocks and barriers, and then clear them with a gentle, guided healing to release limitations and replace them with the uplifting light of hope.

After lunch (shared together for those who wish), we will visit the Blue Lagoon, a truly physical renewing experience! Soak in the warm, blue mineral waters, soothe and heal your body, and absorb the amazing etheric vitality to re-invigorate your inner self!

Monday 2 April 2012 – excursion to the Golden Circle

• Excursion, 9am-5pm - the Golden Circle

Today we take a day-long excursion around the Golden Circle to immerse in the renewing flow of the land, continuing our inner journey of releasing and clearing, and absorbing the vitality and sparkle of the inner light.

We start at Pingvellir, a magical place of stillness and clarity. Located where the two major tectonic plates of the Americas and Europe draw slowly apart, the volcanic landscape forms deep pools of the most crystal clear water, matched by the tangible clarity of the inner light. Simply being there will bring you to a place of clarity within and without.

Our next stop is the famous Gullfoss ['Golden Falls'], where the Hvítá river turns abruptly to the left and pours down successive steps into a 32m crevice, 20m wide by 2.5km long, into the Earth.

Here, the angels of the cascading water flow can bring their streams of light to you, washing away burdens and limitations you no longer need.

You'll feel the negative ions of this thundering, icy water clear your being and fill you with prana and vitality!

Last stop for the day – the Great Geysir, the very place that has given name to every other boiling, bubbling water spout on Earth! The Great Geysir has been hurling boiling water up to 70 meters into the air for over 10,000 years – an expression of the physical vitality of the Earth herself. An ancient presence presides, and reminds us of the things that really matter – let go the small stuff! With grace, we lift, transcend and release the past.

Tuesday 3 April 2012 – Reykjavik

•  Workshop 9.30am -12 noon - Transform with Forgiveness and Grace
• Free time to explore Reykjavik, maps and suggestions provided!
  

We start the day with a workshop to review, reflect and absorb where we have been and what we have felt, deepening the experience; and take the next steps on our inner and outer journey of renewal.

How is your sparkle?! What else do you want to clear? You'll learn practical energy techniques to transform heaviness to light; and how to release limitations through forgiveness and grace. You can use these simple tools can be used anytime, any day to make a lasting difference in your life. We conclude our workshop with a guided healing meditation to enfold you in the radiance of the heart.

Tuesday afternoon is your free time to explore Reykjavik! We will provide you with maps and suggestions for places you might like to visit. You have come all this way - take the opportunity to see and enjoy the uniqueness of this city, the culture, and the friendly Icelanders!

Wednesday 4 April 2012 – journey to Akureyri, & Northern Lights!

• Bus trip from Reykjavik to Akureyri, 8.30am-2.30pm
• Afternoon - rest or enjoy Akureyri's thermal pools or other attractions, suggestions and map provided
• Evening excursion - the Northern Lights!

Our fifth day into our renewal journey! We have soaked and cleansed, revitalised and transformed – and today we will journey north by road to Akureyri, and into the light of great angels.. Akureyri, the second largest city in Iceland, is just short of the Arctic Circle and known as 'the Capital of the North'.

Our journey from Reykjavik will take us through snowy-mountain valleys and by shimmering fjords, past rushing river beds and through green pastures, where you can feel the mighty angels of the land itself, and the angels of the Temple of Renewal.

Arriving in Akureyri, nestled between Iceland's longest fjord and its encircling mountains and a stone's throw from the Arctic Circle, we step into the living vibrations of the great golden angel working there. The light is so present it can be felt physically, and will fill you with that uplifting golden vibration of hope and joy.

After our bus journey, we can relax in the best thermal hot spa and swimming pool in Iceland, or walk around this port of 'trolls' and 'polar bears' where tour ships visit on their Greenland and Arctic excursions.

The Northern Lights

Wednesday evening,* we will journey out from Akureyri to see the Northern Lights – the most spectacular living light in the sky! With 2012 known and already showing itself to be a year of the strongest solar flares on record (based on historical records and measurements from the Solar & Heliospheric Observatory spacecraft, "SOHO", orbiting and measuring the sun's activity), this pulsating vitality of the sun's life force, both physical and spiritual, should be nothing short of remarkable.

As these solar pulses enfold our world, the light and living vibration pour into the Earth through the polar region and Arctic Circle, and the great angels flow this grace throughout our world to give living light to all.

* Our Northern Lights excursion is dependent on clear skies. If they aren't clear on Wednesday evening, we will go on Thursday. Akureyri has very few rainy days in April, so we will be hopeful!

Thursday 5 April 2012 – Akureyri

• Morning - free time to take in the sights of Akureyri
• Workshop, 2.30-5.00pm - Renewal in the Golden Flow
• Evening - dinner together (optional)

In the morning, you can take some time to explore Akureyri – breathe in the clear air, enjoy the sights of the city and the enormous fjord, and experience this life in the North. Maybe even meet some trolls! We will provide maps and suggestions for places to go, all within walking distance of our hotel.

In the afternoon, we will gather for our Renewal workshop, opening to and filling our inner being with the golden, renewing light that is so present in Akureyri. You will learn practical renewal energy exercises to bring flow and grace into your physical and energy body, and into your heart and spiritual life. You will be guided to align with your heart's flow and feel the invigoration, wholeness and joy of your deep inner purpose radiating through you.

Friday 6 April 2012 – Lake Mývatn & Dettifoss, & the Easter Full Moon Festival!

• Excursion, 9.00am-5.00pm - Goðafoss, Lake Mývatn, Dettifoss

• Evening, 8.00-9.30pm - Easter Full Moon Festival of Renewal!

Now you are sparkling with golden, renewing light! We will take a day trip out of Akureyri to complete our nourishment in this northern land of living light. See Goðafoss ['waterfall of the gods'] that plays an important role in Icelandic history, and visit the mystical volcanic Lake Mývatn, with its lava pillars and pseudocraters. You will be free to choose to stop and soak [for 2 hours!] in the Mývatn Nature Spa, or continue on to our final stop, Dettifoss – the most powerful waterfall in Europe. Marvel at the sheer immense volume of water cascading over this rocky, granite landscape: soak up more amazing negative ions, be renewed!

Easter Full Moon Festival

Friday evening is full moon, and a time of great renewal the Earth over. Great angels are at work, to replenish the light and life-flow of the Earth herself, and bring nourishment to all life. We will celebrate this joyous occasion in the light of the golden angel of Akureyri with a special guided meditation and service, where we will immerse in this gold and pearlescent living light, and absorb the renewing flow.

In gratitude, we will share this grace with all life through our united hearts, letting the One Heart pour through to all those in need, and giving healing to our beautiful Earth herself.

Saturday 7 April 2012 – Reykjavik

•  Flight from Akureyri to Reykjavik
• Workshop and conclusion of the Iceland Renewal Journey, 2.30-5.00pm - Renewal with Heart
• Evening - for those who wish, we will gather together for dinner

Filled with light, radiant and nourished, we fly back to Reykjavik. Saturday afternoon we will gather and bring our Iceland Renewal Journey to a close. Learn about and experience the flames of the heart, and be healed. Open to your heart journey and strengthen your inner radiance through guided energy work, and receive the blessings of the One Heart through our final Shaktipat to nourish you as you walk forward on your path wherever you go in the world!

Saturday night, for those who wish, we will share dinner together, and all the light, laughter and joy of our journey!

Sunday 8 April 2012 – optional

On Sunday morning (10.15am), the New Avalon Lodge (our venue in Reykjavik) will be holding a special Earth Healing Service for the Earth, celebrating blessings of this special Easter Spiritual Festival. The sevice is free for everyone, and you are most welcome to attend.

Fee & inclusions

The fee for the Iceland Renewal Journey is AUD $1340. A deposit of AUD $600 is required to secure your place, payable no later than Friday 24 February 2012. The balance of AUD $740 is due by Friday 2 March.

Accommodation & meals

Accommodation in Akureyri, with breakfast, one room per person, is included for the nights of Wednesday 4 – Friday 6 April inclusive, at the Hotel Akureyri, Hafnarstræti 67, 600 Akureyri (www.hotelakureyri.is). Read more about Akureyri

Accommodation in Reykjavik is not included. There are many accommodation options, and we want you to be able to choose somewhere that best meets your needs. There will be a special log-in area provided to registered participants so that you can contact other participants if you want to talk to others about options, sharing, etc. See About Reykjavik for some suggestions to help you book accommodation in Reykjavik.

We have not included meals in the fee for the Iceland Renewal Journey [except for breakfast in Akureyri], so that each participant can meet their particular dietary and personal needs. Morning and afternoon teas are included with the workshops – see details in Program inclusions below.
